On Saturday 19th August, Jon will be walking Bristolians through the steps to making a bang up curry at home, with some Sri Lankan snacks and splendid Sri-Lankan inspired Psychopomp gin cocktails on the side. Jon’s food comes straight out of Bristol favourite The Locals Cookbook: travel documentary meets photo diary meets firsthand account of Jon’s life in Sri Lanka. Plus DJ Ru Robinson will be on hand, to keep the dholaks drumming and your feet moving.

And no fear: as usual, you’ll be surrounded by our buzzing weekend Market, with a packed maker’s market under the covered walkway and our street food heroes keeping Jon company next to the Cascade Steps.
